Everyone pretend you care about activist dribble and get behind the National Organization of Women on this one because it is so important. We need to help take action to ratify women in this country. ACT NOW!!

I love how collectivist left wing organization like NOW and other familiar suspects try to use an imaginary under-representation argument to glom donations and other support from the easily led. Here is a prime example of just such mind numbing garbage:

“For 30 years women around the world have waited for our country to ratify the United Nations Convention on the Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW). This women’s rights treaty has been used around the globe to help women claim property rights, address systemic sexual violence and increase our representation in both private and public leadership. The United States is the only industrialized country in the world not to have yet ratified CEDAW.”

Oh where to begin. I am sure that women around the globe have been waiting and screaming at the sky “If America would just ratify the CEDAW  How ’bout we start with the CEDAW. I have included a link to this above because as usual NOW failed to. The act sounds nice and it has a really long name so you know it is important.  The first problem I have with this is that the way they are wording this action item, like most others from these type of superiority complex groups, they make it sound like women in this country are treated as badly as women in, Oh say – Cambodia.

So I did what anyone would have done upon hearing of the atrocities against women in the United States as stated above I asked some women that I know how they possible can get through  the day when they have to deal with such things as, not being allowed to own land (insert date here) or how they can even muster the courage to walk to the store with all the systematic violence against them. I also asked how they felt about being so horribly under-represented in the local state and federal governments. I unfortunately did not get a chance to ask Speaker of the House Pelosi or Secretary of State Clinton or the 2 soon to be three women on the supreme court of the United States. Not to mention the 90 women currently sitting in congress or female governors in the United States how they feel about being so under-represented and brutalized.

This may be good around the world where the real abuse of women is taking place, but like usual they don’t put in all the facts. They say that the United states is the only industrialized nation in the world that has not ratified women so Iran who is a major oil producer and has a fairly advanced nuclear program and industrial base, is not an industrialized nation? Here is the list of countries that have and have not signed this. I don’t blame them for not mentioning Iran leftists hate to make any Muslim or Muslim nation look bad no matter how oppressive and evil their leaders might be. That is just not politically correct. However, to their credit that is the only other industrialized nation that has not signed it. If they did they may have to stop honor killings and death sentences.

Seriously, why the hell does the United States have to ratify this crap. In a country where women are more free and have more privileges and protections than their counterparts in most all other nations on the planet. I think that this is just one more BS cause that these misandrists or in simpler terms women who have a superiority and victim complex can glom onto to feel more like the victims they are not. Oh and just in case you think I am wrong on that look up which group has had the highest grossing wage increases, I can tell you it is not white men it is black WOMEN.

Hello my lovely reader. It has been a while since I picked on the National Organization of Women. It has been almost 2 months since they have done something annoying, which is saying something for a Left wing crybaby activist group. But now we have a new gem from their Media Hall Of Shame (imagine a deep echoing voice when you say it) with a new complaint about a commercial that was shown during the Superbowl. Before I go off I will let you decide if they are off base or not, so for those of you who missed it the first time here it is:

Now that you have seen it let’s take a look at what Leftist whiners have had to say. Since it was let out that the organization “Focus on the Family” was putting this spot on the Superbowl there has been a holy shit storm from the Left saying that it was a horrible anti-abortion scheme, and it was anti-choice. I didn’t get any of that out of it but maybe I am just not bitchy enough (however there are those out there that say I am plenty bitchy).

Before I continue on to what NOW said remember, Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other views and then are offended and shocked when they realize there are other views. With that said on with the National Organization of Women who in their Bad, Naughty Media page had this to say about the Tim Tebow and mom ad; “NOW’s Analysis: Focus on the Family has an aggressively anti-abortion, anti-LGBT, anti-woman agenda. This ad reportedly promotes the decision of one woman to go against her doctor’s advice to terminate an at-risk pregnancy. While NOW would never disparage any woman’s reproductive choice, we believe that all women should be free to make the decision that is right for them. We also believe that this ad could potentially put women’s health and lives at risk by promoting ideology over medicine.” WOW!!!!! What a reach!

Oh and that’s not all. NOW President Terry O’Neil said to the Associated Press that this ad was “extraordinarily offensive and demeaning.” And continued with the whiny tirade “That’s not being respectful of other people’s lives,” O’Neill said. “It is offensive to hold one way out as being a superior way over everybody else’s.” Sort of like their demand that everyone believe exactly like they do or else, right? Color me confused, that last comment almost seems hypocritical. But I could just be over reacting because of being brainwashed by that commercial. Not only that but because Tebow tackled his mom it promotes violence against women………. (sorry for the pause I was laughing at that claim.) No seriously just ask Ms. O’Neil, she is after all the President of NOW and she said “I am blown away at the celebration of the violence against women in it” which is what she said to the Los Angeles Times. (Did she watch the whole commercial?) and then she continues (unfortunately) “That’s what comes across to me even more strongly than the anti-abortion message. I myself am a survivor of domestic violence, and I don’t find it charming. I think CBS should be ashamed of itself.” This woman is an absolute piece of work no wonder she is the President of one of the whiniest, “we are victims” organizations out there.

It has been brought to the attention of yours truly by a kind reader that the use of the term “Feminazi” could be construed as equating Feminists with the horrors and oppression of the Nazi regime and unfairly alienate any of my current or potential Jewish readers. While this has been a term I have used a fair bit in previous posts, I will no longer use the term to describe the radical and militant elements of feminism.

This decision is based solely on the aspect of while yes I may have some unpopular views in today’s men are the problem world and take great pride in those views. The intent of this blog is not to be offensive in a mean spirited way. So with that I will stop using that term. but don’t expect The White Male Oppressor to stop hammering away at the sickness of political correctness, and the walk on egg shells so people don’t get all butt hurt mentality. Because it is all still fair game.
