Cultural Diversity: Separate But Unequal

I have been hearing advertisements on the radio and Television a lot lately pushing a main theme of cultural diversity. Let’s look at cultural diversity for a moment and break down what they actually mean rather than the steaming piles that we are told to think that they mean.

“Cultural Diversity”.  Cultural as you all know refers to ethnic or racial origins and diversity literally means “the state or fact of being diverse; difference; unlikeness.” Oh neat so when you hear these globalist windbags or crybaby special interest groups shoving down your throat chants and phrases like “Celebrate cultural diversity” (all in the name of coming together of course) they are really saying that we are supposed to celebrate how different we are and push aside our similarities. Makes sense to me.

Rather than focusing that which brings us together as a people we should celebrate how different we are and try to find equality in that way. Well I can kind of see where they are coming from on that one however they are really preaching a double edged hypocritical sword.

How you ask? It is quite simple. While we are supposed to focus on each of our different nationalities and cultures we are also supposed (primarily Caucasians) to walk on shells and watch every word that is said so someone of one of these diverse groups doesn’t get butt hurt. How in Gods name is that supposed to bring us together as a people when you alienate one group for the whiny self indulgence of another group?

For a prime example let’s have a look at hate crime laws. While it makes national news if a black or Hispanic or any of the other myriad of “protected minorities” maybe we should get The International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) to label them endangered species. “Protected minority” that in it’s self is both condescending and states that other groups rights are more important than someone else’s same right to live a life where they are not victimized in fact I would go so far as to say that hate crime legislation is not only bias but racist in its own right.

For a prime example of this “placate not to offend” attitude we need look no farther than the Belleville West bus beating. You remember where a group of black students beat the hell out of a white kid.If you don’t remember here is the video

At first the police were saying that it was most likely racially motivated. Later the police department came out and said that was not the case, that it was a case of bullying so that is what I am going to go with.

But the point that I am going for here is not whether this incident was or was not racially motivated but that of the circumstances. When I first saw this video I thought “here we go” and that the NAACP is going to come out saying that these black students rights were being violated in some “we are the victim” statement which is one of their and others like Al Sharpton’s calling card. On the other side the Right wing pundits I was sure were going to call this blind racism.

Well the truth of the matter is when you strip away all the BS from both sides the left and the right, if the situation had been reversed the poverty pimps would have come out of the woodwork calling for the white kids’ heads and there would have been all kinds of hate crime charges whether or not it had anything at all to do with race.

The two attackers in the video were expelled from school and charged with aggravated assault which is a felony in the Illinois juvenile court system, so justice was done. I do not think that those boys should have been charged with a hate crime because there were no racial slurs from them that I can find, but the point still stands if the rolls had been reversed all hell would have broken loose.

The point is if we are ever going to get past this “he said that she said” this victim mentality of racial difference, we need to tell special interest groups and poverty pimps from all ethnic groups to shut the hell up and abolish things that do nothing but cause racial tension like Affirmative Action and patronizing politically correct terms which change so often no body can keep up but God help you if you use an out of date term, the politically correct simps will slander you.

Until next time…  Courage
